Change your multi-gym into a rowing machine!
With the Bodycraft Power Row you change the low cable-pull of your multi-gym into a real rowing machine. When rowing in a seated position on a multi-gym, it mostly trains the back muscles. When rowing on a rowing machine or on water, the more complex movement uses muscles from the legs, arms, shoulders and the back. This complex movement can now be done on a multi-gym thanks to the Power Row. The seat runs on a rail – allowing you to train almost all muscle groups on the Power Row.The Power Row has a huge advantage over other rowing machines: when training on a rowing machine you mostly train strength endurance. With the Power Rower you can additionally train your maximum strength and explosive power. This is possible by adjusting weight of the cable pull to exactly suit your training goals.

Top Erweiterung unserer Kraftstation. Einfach Montage, stabile Ausführung, keine Laufgeräusche. Sehr gute Laufeigenschaften des Schlittens. Benötigt wesentlich weniger Platz als ein Rudergerät. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr gutes und stabiles Gerät. Ich benutze es mit dem Kabelzugturm von Bodycraft. Funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Rollen laufen sehr ruhig und nichts hakt. Die Lieferung hat etwas länger gedauert, was aber angekündigt war und Corona geschuldet ist. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde es immer wieder kaufen.

Um es vorneweg zu sagen - Nachteile sehe ich keine. Manch einer wird möglicherweise ein Display vermissen, das ist aber bei diesem Gerät, das ja nur als "Beistellgerät" für einen vorhandenen Zugturm fungiert nicht möglich. Da mir wegen meines bereits sehr gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraums die Länge für eine komplette Rudermaschine fehlt und das Rudern am Zugturm ohne den Power Row nur eingeschränkt möglich ist (kein Schlitten), habe ich mich für diese Kompromisslösung entschieden. Die
Verarbeitung lässt keine Wünsche offen - allenfalls vielleicht kugelgelagerte Rollen - aber der Schlitten läuft auch so sehr gut. Als zusätzliches Werkzeug für den Aufbau braucht man nur einen 13er Gabelschlüssel und eine 13er Nuss (oder eben zwei 13er Gabelschlüssel). Das Gerät passt hervorragend zu meinem alten Kettler-Zugturm (platzsparend durch Wandmontage), der nur im Keller herumlag, hätte aber auch an meine große Anlage (Finlo) gepasst. Obwohl das Gerät vorne nur lose am Zugturm steht, wackelt hier nichts. Als Platz-Kompromiss und Ausbaustufe für vorhandene Zugtürme ist der Power Row hervorragend.

Ich war bei der Einrichtung des HomeGym auch an einem Rudergerät interessiert, Platzbedarf und Preis ließen mich zögern, bis ich in der Sport-Tiedje-Filiale in München auf das Bodycraft Power Row aufmerksam wurde. Ich habe mich zwar vorher auf der Website umfassend zum Power Rack F430 informiert, hatte aber das Power Row nicht als mögliches Zubehör auf dem Schirm. Das Power Row war dann die Lösung sowohl preislich als auch vom Platzbedarf her in meinem 4,5x3m "Fitnessraum". In Verbindung
mit dem Power Rack F430 und der Latzugstation F431 haben wir jetzt ein noch praktisches Rudergerät im HomeGym. Das Power Row selbst ist gut verarbeitet und läuft während dem Training "reibungslos". Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Super, dass es jetzt diese Erweiterung gibt, so habe ich für wenig Geld quasi noch ein Rudergerät dazu. Sehr sinnvolle Ergänzung, damit kann ich noch umfangreicher trainieren.
