Das Ballkissen ist sehr vielseitig einsetzbar. Man kann jede Muskelgruppe trainieren. Und das ohne viel Platz zu benötigen. Ich benutze es als Ergänzung zu meinem Gerätetraining im Studio. Überwiegend für Bauch- und Rückenmuskulatur. Ich bin begeistert!!
