The NordicTrack treadmill Ultra 3 is targeted at avid runners and joggers who want to take their training to the next level. It combines powerful technology with well-thought-out ergonomics and the iFIT digital training environment. Enjoy amazing workouts on the Ultra 3 that keep you motivated and challenged yet comfortable with convenient creature features.
The powerful motor runs smoothly and quietly even at higher speeds. Together with the steel frame construction, everything feels sturdy, making it safe enough for the most intense workouts. The spacious 152 x 55 cm running surface provides you plenty of room while the RunFlex cushioning in the deck comfortably softens the impact of every step.
The versatility of the Ultra 3 really shines when it comes to the incline and decline functions: With inclines up to +15% and declines of -3%, the treadmill can reproduce realistic terrain conditions ranging from challenging climbs to dynamically undulating hills. Varying the angle of the treadmill works different parts of your legs and backside to effectively train specific muscle groups.
The centrally located paddle controls allow you to quickly adjust the speed and incline without interrupting your pace. A slight push or pull of the paddle lets you make precise changes to the intensity. The smooth controls help keep you in your flow state even when transitioning between intervals.
Digital training environment
iFIT provides you an interactive platform full of professionally-designed workouts. Outdoor videos take you on a fitness journey across picturesque landscapes all around the globe. Experienced trainers guide and motivate you while giving you tips on how to improve your technique. With automatic adjustments your treadmill can react in real time to changes in the gradient to deliver a more realistic experience.
Furthermore, you can access selected streaming services directly via the touchscreen. You can tilt and pivot the screen to find the most comfortable viewing angle whether for structured workout guidance or entertainment on or off the treadmill. Aside from cardio, the iFIT library also has a wide variety of other workouts like yoga and strength training. An iFIT Pro membership is needed to access all that the iFIT software has to offer.
