With the Baltic Rower Pro, you can adapt your rowing training precisely to your performance level: the basic resistance can be regulated in six stages according to the amount of water in the tank. As a beginner, for example, start at a low level and then increase step by step – the marking on the tank clearly shows you the levels.

Pretty steep: the Baltic Rower Pro has a diagonal rather than a level tank. The rowing machine is also available in two modern colour variants – with a blue or grey tank and a red paddle. With its unusual design, this sturdy rower enhances your home or fitness room in your hotel, club or office.
Comfortable seat height
In the Pro version, the Baltic Rower comes with a raised seat. This makes it much easier to sit down and get up again. Rowers appreciate a comfortable seat height, especially after intensive training. The seat is softly padded and, thanks to rubber rollers, it runs almost noiselessly over the rails.
Swivel display with tablet holder
The display can be swivelled, so you can see the training data easily. Choose from a variety of rowing programmes: you can specify an individual time, distance or number of calories, row a race and much more. Thanks to the tablet holder, you can even watch a series at the same time or row around the world with Kinomap.
Adjustable footrest, non-slip handles
The footrest can be adjusted to your shoe size in six settings. Thanks to the numbering, every user can quickly find the best settings to suit them. The small distance between the feet ensures an ergonomic hip position when rowing. The soft, non-slip handles ensure you have a good grip.
Space-saving and compact design
After the workout, you can send the Baltic Rower Pro into the corner without feeling bad, because there it proves itself yet again: the rowing machine can simply be positioned upright and wheeled across the floor on its castors. This reduces the required floor space to a minimum.

The Baltic Rower Pro has a clear and easy-to-use console with a total of 18 programmes and a recovery test, which gives you a fitness grade based on your recovery rate. The programmes include some classics of rowing training, such as 2,000 m or 10,000 m programmes, but also target programmes for distance, time or calories. For those who can only spare a few minutes to do exercise, the Baltic Rower Pro also offers particularly intensive interval programmes to achieve more in a short amount of time. Habe mich nach ausgiebigen Tests verschiedener Premiumgeräten letztendlich für das CST-BALTIC-PRO-B-2 entschieden. Ausschlaggebend funktianolität, robustheit, laufruhe, Optik.

Bij het uitproberen in de Fitshop bleek dit model mij het best te voldoen. De zit op het verhoogde bankje is prima. Bij het roeien blijkt het apparaat een mooie regelmatige belasting te geven. Het water van de waterrem maakt weinig lawaai. De opbouw ziet er goed uit. Het gewicht zorgt voor een stabiel geheel. Ik ben heel tevreden met deze roeitrainer en kan hem ook van harte aanbevelen.

Heerlijk apparaat om mee te roeien. Opbouw is eenvoudig. De waterweerstand voelt goed aan en is gelijkmatig.
We kunnen dit apparaat aanbevelen.
Nadelen hebben we tot nu toe niet ontdekt.

Leichte Handhabung, tolle Verarbeitung. Die etwas höhere Sitzposition ist sehr angenehm und erleichtert das Aufstehen. Das "Wassergeräusch" vermittelt ein echtes Gefühl das ruderns im Wasser. Die Beratung im Geschäft(Wien) war sehr professionell und überaus freundlich. Gerne wieder!

Der Aufbau des sehr gut für den Transport verpackten Gerätes war gut durchzuführen. Besonders gut fand ich, dass die Schrauben für die einzelnen Montageschritte auch so bereits vom Hersteller nach Aufbauschritten sortiert waren. Alle Teile sind passgenau verarbeitet, machen einen stabilen Eindruck.
Kleine Abstriche würde ich bei folgenden Punkten machen: Display ohne Beleuchtung, ist daher manchmal etwas schwierig zu lesen;
die Ministeckverbindungen, mit denen das Gerät mit der Konsole verbunden wird(braucht man ja zum Glück nur 1 Mal zusammenzustecken, aber die sind schon echt klein);
bereits vor dem ersten richtigen Gebrauch musste ich die Sitzrollen mit Silikonspray einsprühen, damit es keine Störgeräusche gab, hier müsste entweder in der Artikelbeschreibung ein entsprechender Hinweis gegeben werden oder Werkseitig nachhaltiger vorbehandelt werden. Führen aber nicht zum Abzug eines Sterns bei der Bewertung.
Sonst macht das Gerät Spaß und wird jetzt regelmäßig genutzt.... [Read more]

Excellente en stevige roeitrainer:
- Makkelijk te monteren aan de hand van een duidelijke technische fiche. Op je eentje heb je 'm in een mum van tijd geassembleerd!
- Momenteel roei ik om de 3 dagen, maar ik kan amper wachten om binnenkort om de 2 dagen en vervolgens dagelijks te roeien. Het stoeltje beweegt nagenoeg geruisloos over de geleiders, het geluid van de watertank werkt stimulerend en rustgevend.
- De mogelijkheid om Kinomaps te gebruiken, is een bijkomend pluspunt.
Bij Fitshop te Antwerpen heb ik een aantal roeitrainers mogen testen en deze sprong er qua prijs/kwaliteit uit. Ook de klantvriendelijkheid/behulpzaamheid van de fitshopmedewerker was een opsteker!... [Read more]
