Description: TRX Resistance Cord
The TRX Resistance Cord is a special resistance cord for a more variable workout with the TRX Rip Trainer.
While exercising with the TRX Rip Trainer, you work against a resistance of the TRX resistance cord with swinging motions. These very dynamic exercises train muscles, which are not exercised by simple, linear exercises. Workouts with the TRX Resistance Cords and the TRX Rep Trainers are optimal to build trunk muscles, to increase flexibility, and to improve speed.TRX Resistance Cords are available in different resistance levels:
- TRX Resistance Cord Light for beginning the TRX Rip Training. Being especially suitable for lightweight and young athletes or seniors, the TRX Resistance Cord Light has a resistance of 7 kg.
- TRX Resistance Cord Heavy for exercised athletes. The TRX Resistance Cord Heavy offers a resistance of 11 kg and is suitable for persons weighing more than 64 kg.
The TRX Resistance Cord is used in combination with the TRX Rip Trainer.
