The adjustable dumbbells from Nike can help you turn your workout up a notch. Easily select between 12 weight levels from 4 to 26 kg by turning a wheel in the handle. This saves you the hassle of loading and unloading plates and crucial time when performing drop sets. The selectorised system can replace an entire set of fixed-weight dumbbells, saving you plenty of space at a much lower price. The fine weight changes in 2-kg increments help you make smooth, steady progress towards your strength goals.The dumbbell weights are made of solid cast iron for maximum durability. The steel handles feature medium knurling to give you a sure grip while not being too rough on your skin. The ends of the plates are smooth and mostly flat, so they can rest comfortably on your knees while you get into position for your exercise. The octagonal shape of the plates also prevents the dumbbells from rolling away unexpectedly. A special Nike Adjustable-Dumbbell Stand (sold separately) is the perfect accessory for holding the dumbbells and their cradles at a convenient height, ready for your next workout.
