The cardiostrong FX50 elliptical cross trainer is an excellent choice for at-home cardio exercise. Thanks to its space-saving design, the tread rails can be folded upwards to free up room when you’re finished with your workout. The cardiostrong cross trainer FX50 is incredibly easy to operate and even offers wireless connectivity for use with fitness apps.

Outstanding ease of use and comfort:

Exercising on the FX50 is as simple as could be. The practical rotary button lets you select between various settings quickly and without unnecessary complications. The pleasantly smooth, round motion ensures your workout is effective and comfortable, and the lack of a hard impact in the guided movement sequence means the machine is very quiet and won’t disturb anyone ‒ no need to worry about paper-thin walls or creaky floors. You can use the cross trainer in the same room as someone watching television.

Modern console design

The computer on the FX50 is very minimal and modern. The clear LCD display cycles through showing important training data like time, distance, speed, watts, calories and heart rate. The large tablet holder can clamp around devices with a maximum height of 19.2 cm so you can conveniently enjoy your favourite media or swipe through compatible fitness apps that can wirelessly pair with the cross trainer.

Select between various workout plans

The FX50 cross trainer is compatible with popular fitness apps like iConsole+ Training and Kinomap to off you a wide variety of programmes. The 32 electrically controlled resistance levels and adjustable target-value countdowns for distance, time or calories lets you set the machine to suit your fitness level and pursue desired goals. The heart rate controlled programme sounds a warning tone if you exceed or fall below your selected heart rate zone. This heart rate programme works with either the contact sensors built into the central handles, or users can wear an optional chest strap monitor (sold separately) for more accurate readings.

Robust and anpassbar

With a maximum user weight of 150 kg and large tread surfaces of 38 x 19 cm, the FX50 can provide users of many sizes a leisurely or intense workout with high stability and safety. Rubberised levelling feet compensate for unevenness in floors and keep the machine in place while in use. Ball-bearing joints and a high-quality, no-contact magnetic brake system promise a long useful life and smooth concentric run of the flywheel.

Der Cross-Trainer ist sehr solide verarbeitet, stabil und leise im Betrieb. Es macht Spaß damit zu trainieren. Ein Stern Abzug, weil es keine Schnittstelle für die Apple Watch oder App gibt.
