Zuerst etwas irritiert über diese Langhantel, aber nach genaueren Betrachten macht diese Variante nur Sinn. Durch die Möglichkeit verschiedene Griffpositionen einzunehmen treffe ich den Muskel anders. Hab mir jetzt eine bestellt und freue mich auf die neuen Trainingsmöglichkeiten!

Super Ergänzung zur normalen Hantelstange. Durch die verschiedenen Griffmöglichkeiten können die Muskelgruppen präziser angesprochen werden und man kann das Training vielfältiger gestalten

Ich habe mir Langhantelstange gekauft, um etwas mehr Abwechslung in mein Training zu bringen. Man hat viele verschiedene Griffmöglichkeiten und die Verarbeitung der Hantel ist auch sehr gut. Bin zufrieden!
