Are you looking to expand your training options? The Nike Weight Sled can add variety to your workout. Moving a weight sled requires that you use your entire body thereby improving the coordination of various muscle groups. The sled can be used either for push movements by pressing against the two removable poles, or you can attach a rope through the laser-cut eyelets on either end and to practice sled pulls. You’ll feel the muscle activation with every step you take. The speed sled can be loaded with up to 225 kg of weight using standard 50-mm weight plates.
The Nike Weight Sled is a rugged steel construction with a 6-mm thick base that is highly durable. The multi-surface runners allow the sled to be used on various terrains like concrete, asphalt or AstroTurf. These runners also reduce noise to a minimum while in use.
