Furthermore, there is a holder at the bench front to which the curl attachment or the leg trainer can be easily attached, depending on your preference. With the help of the curl attachment, the biceps can be trained single-handedly or with an SZ bar with both hands and the leg trainer offers a variety of extensive leg workouts with flexion and extension exercises.
