Very satisfied. Also, a non-tricep use: goblet squats. I don't have access to heavy enough dumbbells. This works! I can hold it close to my body with a solid grip, elbows down.

Liegt gut in der Hand. Leider sind die 50mm Scheibenaufnahmen sehr am klappern. Ich habe mir passende Buchsen angefertigt. Jetzt bin ich mit dem Bizeps Trizeps Trainer zufrieden.
