The Centr Fusion Bench is a practical combination of a weight bench and storage rack. You can simply hang your dumbbells under the bench so they’re always within reach and your fitness area remains tidy and well organised.

The bench has a wide and comfortable backrest that can be set upright, at an incline or laid flat. Then backrest can be set to a total of six angles and the seat to three angles. The angled seat positions offer added stability and prevent you from sliding down during exercises like inclined shoulder presses. This versatility lets you perform variations of numerous dumbbell exercises including chest-supported rows, preacher curls and inclined bench presses with a set of dumbbells.

Thanks to the anchoring points for resistance bands, you can add even more exercises to your workout like donkey kicks, flyes etc. This makes the Fusion Bench from Centr even better at offering a full-body workout.

After your workout, your dumbbells, kettlebell and any other accessories can simply be stored under the bench, giving you a complete training platform in one, compact bench. Whether in the home or a separate fitness area,
