Nautilus elliptical cross trainer E628: ergonomic movement and training variety

The diversity of the new elliptical trainer from Nautilus is a further development compared to all its predecessors. The high-performance suspension adjustment system enables frictionless running, thus preventing signs of training fatigue. With three variations in the adjustment of the angle of the pedals, several muscle groups can be addressed and loaded. An induction brake regulates the pedal resistance. The parameters that are monitored during training include speed, energy consumption, cadence and training duration.

The Nautilus E628 elliptical trainer not only scores points with its ergonomic design, but also with a wide variety of training units. There are a total of 29 different training programmes available. The home trainer is Bluetooth-enabled and can be synchronised with the Explore the World app. Thanks to the inbuiltsound system, you get toplay your favourite music during training runs.

Anfänglich war ich ein bißchen skeptisch da das Gerät nachdem ich es alleine zusammengebaut habe bei Inbetriebnahme an verschieden Stellen gequietscht hat. Aber mit ein wenig Silikonöl hat sich das erledigt. Seitdem habe ich schon einige Trainingseinheiten hinter mir und der Crosstrainer funktioniert einwandfrei ist leise und hat eine gute Laufruhe. Ich persönlich würde das Gerät auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen da es wirklich etliche Einstellungen zum Trainieren hat und bis jetzt sehr robust wirkt. Die App zum herunterladen hab ich noch nicht probiert kann ich nichts dazu sagen werde ich später ausprobieren. Alles in Allem ein wirklich gutes robustes Sportgerät. ... [Read more]
