The Kettler cross trainer Optima 100: an entry-level model with ergonomic training movement

The Kettler cross trainer Optima 100 with its classy, black design is a good fitness machine for beginners and users already familiar with eliptical cross trainers. The training computer is easy to operate and continuously displays information on heart rate, pedal rpm, training time, speed, distance, and calories burned. A user's heart rate can be measured either with the sensors on the handlebars or by using an optional chest strap. The device has manual controls for 8 resistance levels.

A small pedal space (Q-factor), the flat ellipse of the tread paths and interaction between the flywheel and ergonomic handlebar provide user a pleasant trekking experience that's easy on the joints. The tread surfaces are adjustable to suit the needs of multiple users.
