The U.N.O. elliptical cross trainer CT1000 is a good machine for all those, who want to make their everyday life more active and who want to start cardio training. Offering a resistance of 40 to 400 Watt, which is electronically adjustable in 24 resistance levels (increase or reduction by 15 Watt each), you can control individually your training at different intensities. However, you can also use one of the pre-set training programmes and be guided through the session.The selection and control is done via the clear console with LCD display. You can read all important training parameters and be well oriented. Place your smartphone or tablet on a holder of the pivoted console and listen to music, watch a film or browse in the Internet while exercising.
The balance mass is 8.5 kg and offers a good concentric run. The handle arms offer many grip possibilities and are well to grasp for every user. Thanks to the handle arms, you can intensify the cardio training and strengthen your upper body muscles as well.
