- pushup station incl. reverse pushups,

The NOHrD Multi-adapter for wallbars increases distinctively the range of exercises of classic wallbars. There are two possibilities to hing the NOHrD Multi-adapter for wallbars in the wallbars: either you get two parallel grips or one bar parallel to the wallbars. Chin ups with different grip positions are possible with the NOHrD Multi-adapter for wallbars. The adapter can be used as dip station, abdominal trainer or pushup station. The careful workmanship of the NOHrD training station guarantees absolute stability and long durability.
In combination with a NOHrD wallbars, the NOHrD multi adapter offers an extensive training program - completely without weight blocks. Being of precious wooden design, NOHrD equipment adapts perfectly to modern, natural living atmosphere. Das Produkt ist super verarbeitet und massiv. Leider sind die Sprossen meiner Sprossenwand im Durchmesser oval und nicht rund, desshalb kann ich ihn nur in einer Richtung einhängen, nämlich so wie abgebildet.

Schön gearbeitet - klappert nix - kommt mit meinen 100kg bei Dips und auch als Sitz ohne knarzen klar. Sinnvolle Ergänzung zur Wallbar....
