Das Gerät ist sehr gut verarbeitet und macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Nach mehrmaligen Anwendungen, ich habe mit 10 Minuten täglich angefangen, merkt man schnell einen Fortschritt. Später kann man dann auf dem Balanceboard auch Übungen machen wie Kniebeugen. Es ist auch nicht zu schwer, um es mal mit dem Auto mit in den Urlaub zu nehmen. Alles in allem ein tolles Gerät, was fast den ganzen Körper trainiert.
