Four heart rate controlled programmes provide effective cardiovascular training, and the watt programme allows for precise intensity controls between 10 and 350 watts (in 5-watt increments).

The 7-kg flywheel mass provides a steady, quiet pedalling motion which is easy on the joints. The contact heart rate sensors in the handles measure your pulse, and even more accurate telemetry readings can be achieved with the use of an optional chest strap.
