• Usage Instructions
• Ensure that your Bluetens device is switched off before handling the electrodes.
• Electrodes do not adhere well to the skin if there are any residues of lotion, cream, oil, etc. Before use, clean the application area so that it is clean and dry.
• Connect the cable to the electrode clips before placing them on your skin.
• Place the electrodes following the positioning recommendations provided in the app. Press firmly from the center towards the edges to ensure the entire electrode surface is in contact with your skin. Adhesion improves once the electrodes reach skin temperature.
• At the end of the program, place the electrodes back on the correct side of the plastic film and store them in the sealed bag to prevent the gel from drying out. Do not remove the electrodes by pulling on the cable—grasp a corner of the electrode and gently peel it off the skin, touching the gel as little as possible.
• Electrodes are intended for single-patient use. The number of applications depends on your skin condition, anatomical placement, type of treatment, and how well they are maintained. If the gel dries out, you can add one or two drops of tap water and spread it gently and evenly with your fingertips. Do not use too much water, as it may have the opposite effect.
• Store the electrode pouch in a place protected from sunlight, ideally at a temperature between +5 and +27°C.
