Wall bar set with pull-up bar and dip bars

With it noble metal frame and nine beech wood rungs, the high-quality BenchK 310 series wall bars are impressive for their visual appearance as well as their robust and stable construction. Their maximum load capacity is 150 kg. The BenchK 310 series wall bars are now also available as a set. The set comprises:

  • High-quality wall bars with metal frame and wooden rungs (9 pieces)
  • A removable pull-up bar with six non-slip handles
  • BenchK dip bars with armrests and a backrest made of polyurethane integral foam

In addition to the wall bars' versatile uses, the additional pull-up unit and dip bars offer further effective training exercises for the upper body and legs.

Design furniture and training equipment for the whole family

The 240 cm tall wall bars can be installed in almost any room with a minimum ceiling height of 250 cm. Because the wall bars are only 67 cm wide, they fit easily into any living space. Thanks to their elegant look, the wall bars can be used both as design furniture and for effective training.

Die Sprossenwand an sich ist sehr stabil und die Montage an der Wand war einfacher als erwartet. Das Training macht viel Spaß. Auch Klimmzugstange und Dip-Station sind extrem stabil verarbeitet. Praktisch sind die Löcher an den Verstrebungen der Klimmzugstange. Hier haben wir Karabiner eingehakt, um z.B. Schlingentrain... [Read more]er daran zu befestigen. Optisch ist die Kombination aus beschichtetem Stahl (matt schwarz) und Holz sehr gelungen. Wir haben die Wand in unserem Hobbyraum aber aufgrund der Optik macht sie sicher auch in Wohnräumen eine gute Figur. Im Lieferumfang sind keine Dübel oder Schrauben für die Wand vorhanden. Das ist grundsätzlich OK, denn bei den Belastungen (Gewicht der Sprossenwand Gewicht des Nutzers und Bewegung) sollte das gewählte Befestigungsmaterial auf die eigene Wand abgestimmt sein. Daher macht es wenig Sinn, etliche verschiedene Dübel und Schrauben mitzuliefern. Man benötigt viel Deckenhöhe. Die Klimmzugstange hängt im Standard bei ca. 2,35m, was sehr hoch ist. Dazu kommt noch die benötigte Kopffreiheit. Aufgrund der Konstruktion muss die Stange auch an die höchste Stelle befestigt werden. Wir haben nochmal etwas umgebaut und die Stange dadurch auf 2,20 gebracht. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Zwei zusätzliche Bohrlöcher im Rahmen spendieren. Durch die mitgelieferten Abdeckkappen lässt sich das nicht genutzte Lochpaar gut verstecken. Ein kleines Problem gab es beim Aufbau: zwei der Gewinde in den Sprossen waren nicht ganz sauber gearbeitet und auch die Mutter in einem der Halter war schief. Hier mussten wir leider etwas nacharbeiten (Gewinde nachschneiden und Mutter in die richtige Position hebeln) [Show less]

Schaut gut aus und wirkt sehr massiv/stabil. Mit dem Zusatzteil für Bauchübungen sind noch mehr unterschiedlich Übungen möglich. Sehr vielseitiges Gerät.

Nachdem ich meinen Mann davon überzeugen konnte, die Sprossenwand in unser Wohnzimmer zu integrieren, ist auch er inzwischen Fan von diesem Set. Optisch sehr schön und viele Trainingsmöglichkeiten für zu Hause.

Die Sprossenwand bietet wirklich viele Trainingsmöglichkeiten und ist gerade in Corona Zeiten eine tolle Ergänzung für das Fitness-Equipment zu Hause.
