A new development that Octane offers you with the Octane Ro rowing machine is the flexible drawstring. In addition to the classic pulls centered on the chest, you can now also pull sideways. In addition, the Octane Ro offers several grip options, whereby even more muscles are trained. This possibility offers you a varied workout and a completely new rowing experience.

Comfortable training

Another feature of the Octane Ro rowing machine is the quick release foot strap. This allows you to get in and out of the pedals comfortably and easily.

Training data like time, speed, training distance, energy used, stroke frequency per minute, load and heart rate are shown to you during training on a 7' LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screen, so you can read all important information comfortably.

The air and magnetoresistance system ensures an even resistance performance, enabling you to evenly and comfortably exercise. Unlike with other manufacturers, you can adjust the resistance directly during training without having to get up.

The device ventilator also provides for a pleasant cooldown during your workout.

Der Octane Pro ist ein stabiles Rudergerät, dass sowohl für Großgewachsene (> als 2m) als auch für Normalgroße geeignet ist. Der breitere Griff passt gut zur Gesamtgröße und die verschiedenen Griffvarianten entlasten nicht nur die Handgelenke. Der Zusammenbau war einfach, die Anleitung war ausreichend. Die Verarbeitung ist gut, es gibt keine scharfen Kanten und alle beweglichen Teile sind abgedeckt. Unangenehmen Plastikgeruch gibt es auch keinen. Bei der Benutzung ist es angenehm leise. Der Sitz gleitet fast unhörbar und nur das Windgeräusch des Widerstands ist hörbar. Das Display ist sehr groß und gut zu lesen. Programme gibt es nicht viele, aber die notwendigen Funktionen sind alle vorhanden. Schade nur, dass bei den Intervallprogrammen der Widerstand nicht automatisch erhöht bzw. erniedrigt wird. Obwohl man das Gerät aufrecht wegstellen kann, braucht es auch weggeräumt noch sehr viel Standfläche und ist zudem fast zweieinhalb Meter hoch. Durch das Gewicht braucht man auch einiges an Kraft um es senkrecht zu stellen. Andererseits steht es dafür auch senkrecht sehr stabil und wird auch wenn man mal dagegen stosst nicht umfallen. Leider lässt sich das Rudergerät mit den Rollen zwar leicht vor und zurück schieben, seitliche Bewegungen erfordern allerdings einen Kraftakt oder viel Geduld. Sofern man den Platz für das Gerät hat, ist es ideal für die ganze Familie. In unserem Haushalt wird es von ganz klein bis ganz groß beinahe täglich verwendet.... [Read more]

Die beste Technik, die ich kenne- Super entwicklet vom Erfinder der Nautilus Kraftgeräte aus Canada. Premium im Home und Verienssport. Die bessere Alternative zu concept 2. Bisher nur nicht in DE bekannt.

Ich habe noch nie ein besseres rudergerät getestet. Für den Preis ein vollwertiges Studiogerät zu erhalten, war bisher für mich unvorstellbar. Hier wurde wirklich auf alles geachtet. Es gibt eine weitere Griffmöglichkeit um andere Muskelgruppen gezielter anzusprechen.
